Candy Kiss Nails & Spa Policy
1.Candy Kiss does not offer refunds, if there are any issues within the first 7 days, a free touch up or removal will be offered. This only applies if correct aftercare has been followed. Please ensure to let us know if there were anything you would like to change or fix during your appointment.
2.Candy Kiss will fill other places work, however if previous set was not applied properly or if our technician believes it should be removed for any reason, a removal and a new set will need to be completed.
3.If you are more than 10 minutes late without noticing us, your appointment will be cancelled. So please be respectful of our time.
4.Keep in mind that your appointment can take anywhere from 2h to 4h depending on your set. So, if you are expecting fast service, we might not be the place for you.
5.Candy Kiss does not take deposits, however if you are a no call no show and you try to book again you will be asked for a deposit beforehand to confirm your appointment, the deposit will go towards your service fee.
6.Life happens, so if you need to cancel, please give a 24-hour notice or as soon as you can, please try to not cancel the day of.
7.If you are unwell, please reschedule, do not book if you are sick.
8.Candy Kiss reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
